By purchasing from TL5 Digital World, you agree to the following terms:

Digital Products: All products sold are digital downloads. Upon purchase, you will receive instant access to your files via email. No physical items will be shipped.

License: Products are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim ownership of any purchased digital product. Each license is granted to one individual purchaser.

No Refunds: All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, we do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us at support@tl5digitalworld.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.

No Chargebacks: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final and agree not to file a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property: All content, templates, planners, and materials sold are the intellectual property of TL5 Digital World and are protected by copyright law.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
