All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been delivered or downloaded.

However, if you experience a technical issue with your download or did not receive your file, please contact us at support@tl5digitalworld.com within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.
