How do I receive my product after purchasing?
All products are digital downloads. After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files directly from your order confirmation page.
Are digital downloads instant?
Yes — delivery is instant. Your download link is sent immediately after payment is confirmed. There is no waiting period and nothing is shipped physically.
What formats do the products come in?
Depending on the product, files are delivered as PDF, Google Docs, Notion templates, CSV, PowerPoint, or Word documents. Each product page lists the exact formats included.
Can I access my files on mobile?
Yes. All files can be accessed and downloaded on any device — desktop, tablet, or mobile. Google Docs and Notion templates work especially well on mobile.
I didn't receive my download link. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, visit our Contact page and we'll resend it right away.
Do my download links expire?
Download links are available for a reasonable period after purchase. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us and we'll get you sorted.

Can I get a refund?
